Your organization can table at the event - we ask for a minimum donation of $25 - this event is costing about $8000 to put on - we were told the Democratic Committee was going to help with some costs and they did not so it is being paid for with private donations - so please be as generous as you can.

We are looking for people to speak about the following topics (we do have some speakers lined up already so we need to discuss additional speakers): We are looking for community advocates and activists to speak on these topics:

the economy, healthcare,  education, violence, equality, transparency in government,  the environment, immigration,  judicial system reform, terrorism and homeland security.

We are also looking for performance artists - we want the day to be fun and entertaining as well as educational.  so if you know of any singers, bands, dancers, juggglers...... that would like to perform.  Let me know ASAP.

Please feel free to spread this email far and wide - time is short but we do want to get as many people there as possible -

Relationships build communities we can all be proud of cross your fingers the weather forecast holds - and bring some sunscreen and sunglasses!
