Washington Park Holiday House Tour on December 9

The North Plainfield Washington Park Historic Association will present a “Holiday House Tour “

On Saturday 9 December 1:00 to 6:00 PM.

Tickets are $25.00 if purchased before Saturday 9 December & $30.00 the day of the tour. 8 homes will be open for you to enjoy.

The tour starts at 40 Mercer Avenue, The Church of the Holy Cross, the church has one of the finest examples of Gothic Carpenter Architecture in this region.

There you will be provided a booklet with a map and directions to each of the homes on the tour. You may choose to walk between homes or ride in our horse-drawn carriage.

As you stroll the neighborhood by foot or by horse-drawn carriage (included), imagine the romance and elegance of the gentlemen and ladies who created this bucolic setting of stately manors and manicured landscaped lawns.


On the afternoon of the tour enjoy free wine tasting from 5 - 7:pm at Buy Rite Liquors in North Plainfield. Show your tour booklet as proof of attendance.
