Saturday Slow Flow & Unwind at 10 am
Rebalance and restore with this gentle but steady practice to reset your mind and body. The practice is suitable for all levels looking for a slower paced class.
Sunday Yoga Flow at 10 am
Come to move, breathe, strengthen, stretch, and relax the mind and body in this invigorating yoga session that will leave you feeling balanced and blissful! Classes will begin in meditation, followed by a vinyasa flow and stretch, ending in deep relaxation.
